One of the more interesting dynamics in today’s market is the contrast between established beachfront resorts and the significant number of new luxury developments currently under construction.
While new developments continue to attract attention, many buyers remain drawn to the character, mature landscaping, proven rental histories, and lower-density ownership experience found within established resorts. Others place greater value on extensive amenities, branded residences, newer construction, and the energy of larger full-service resorts.
There is no single “best” resort. Every buyer places a different level of importance on factors such as beach quality, rental potential, privacy, resort amenities, owner usage, investment objectives, and overall lifestyle. What may represent exceptional value to one buyer may not be the right fit for another.
